Shipping Policy

Pick up Details

1)    If shipping method is not selected, all orders are to be picked up at our warehouse in Canning Vale by default.

2)    Pick up address is: 58 Baile Road, Canning Vale WA 6155.

3)    All orders will be ready for pick up an hour from when

4)     the order is placed.

5)    Standard pick up hours are 9am to 5pm weekdays.

6)    Pick up outside of standard hours available by contacting and notifying your Account Manager.
Early pick up: between 7am to 9am weekdays.
Late pick up: between 5pm to 7pm weekdays.

Same Day Free Delivery

1)    On orders above $100+gst.

2)    On orders placed and paid in full before 10am weekdays.

3)    Only applies to local deliveries within Perth metro area. See delivery coverage guide here.

4)    Delivery will be between 11am to 4pm.

5)    Orders placed through Bossonline website only.

6)    Only applies if all goods in the same order are in stock.

7)    Shipping to addresses only, no PO boxes.

8)    Excludes bulky items and large quantity items requiring forklift access.

9)    Excludes fragile items requiring specific transportation needs.

Next Day Free Delivery

1)    On orders above $100+gst.

2)    On orders placed and paid in full after 10am weekdays.

3)    Only applies to local deliveries within Perth metro area. See delivery coverage guide here.

4)    Delivery will be on the next business day between 11am to 4pm.

5)    Orders placed through Bossonline website only.

6)    Only applies if all goods in the same order are in stock.

7)    Shipping to addresses only, no PO boxes.

8)    Excludes bulky items and large quantity items requiring forklift access.

9)    Excludes fragile items requiring specific transportation needs.

 

$35 Standard Delivery

1)    Delivery outside of Perth metro area.

2)    Delivery will take between 3 to 10 business days depending on location.

3)    Tracking details will be provided.

4)    We use third party courier services, all freight related issues will be out of our control once it leaves our warehouse.

5)    Express delivery can be arranged, please contact your Account Manager directly to discuss options.

NOTE: Delivery Surcharge

Additional fees may be charged to your account if:

1)    Goods are excessively heavy, large in size or quantity and require forklift access.

2)    Goods are custom made, odd shaped, fragile and require extra care during delivery.

3)    Goods of the same purchase are to be delivered in separate installments.

4)    Goods of the same purchase are to be delivered to separate addresses.

5)    Goods are required to be delivered outside of our standard delivery hours (weekdays 11am-4pm).

6)    Goods are to be delivered to remote areas and non-standard courier services locations.

7)    Delivery address is incorrect, and redelivery is required.

8)    Delivery address is unattended, and redelivery is required.

9)    For any reason the goods are rejected at the delivery address, and redelivery is required.

10) If goods are refunded, and redelivery is required.

11) All surcharges will be notified before being charged to your account.

12) If you have given us the permission to leave goods unattended, BIA holds no responsibility over the loss or damage of goods. For local shipments, a photograph will be taken as proof of delivery and will act as a delivery receipt.
