Bossonline Account

How do I make a purchase through Bossonline?
Bossonline is an online ordering platform catered to resellers only. If you are purchasing for your own installation use, please contact your local lighting store or electrical wholesaler.

How do I create an account and become a reseller?
Give us a call or send us an inquiry on the Contact Us page and we will take it from there.

Who is the account holder?
Every store will only be given one log in account to share amongst the employees of the same company. Ownership of the account will be of the store/branch. Sharing of account username and password to anybody outside your company is strictly prohibited.

 

Products

Do all your products comply with Australian Standards?
All products listed on the website have been tested and are compliant with relevant Australian Standards. 

Can we visit your showroom/warehouse?
All visitors are welcome to view our products, but only account holders will be able to make purchases from us. Speak to us if you are interest to become one of our resellers.

What if a product stopped working?

Pricing & Billing

I have a cheaper quote, are you able to match the price of a competitor?
If the product and specifications are identical, in most cases we can beat the price. Contact your Account Manager to discuss this.

We do not have a credit account with Boss Illumination Australia, how do we pay for our order?
Customers without a credit account must pay for their order prior to delivery of goods. Payment can be made through credit card on our secure web check out, or payment of credit card through the phone by calling 08 6454 5896, or by bank transfer and emailing the transfer receipt to accounts@bia.lighting

We have a credit account with Boss Illumination Australia, how do we get our invoices?
All credit account holders will be emailed an invoice once the order has left our premise, and an account statement at the end of the month.

 

Orders

How do I know if my orders are received and processed?
Once an order is placed, we will process the order and organise the delivery/pick-up. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided at check out. View your order status under Orders.

If I placed an order outside of regular business hours, will my order be processed?
Payment will be processed right away if it is by credit card upon check out, but orders will only be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Do you deliver our orders?
All orders placed on Bossonline must be picked up from our warehouse in Canning Vale. Orders can be delivered to your store or to the job site with an additional delivery fee. Select your preferred delivery option during check out.

Where are the products delivered from?
Most of the stock are kept in our warehouse in Canning Vale WA. In rare occasions when our stock runs low, we may have to deliver the items from the location of our resellers. Orders will not be dispatched from overseas.

Where do I find the delivery ETA?
All delivery orders will have a tracking code attached to it. You can find this information under your Orders.

My order did not arrive according to the original ETA given.
We may use third party courier partners for the delivery of orders, once the items have left our premise the delivery is no longer under our control. Please contact us if you have not received your order 2 days past the original ETA.
