Bossonline Account

How do I create an account and start making purchases on Bossonline?
Fill in the form here to create a new account. We will assign you an Account Manager and you will be contacted shortly when your account is activated.

Can I make purchases if I don’t have a Bossonline account?
Bossonline is an online wholesale ordering platform created exclusively for tradies. You will need to have a Bossonline trade account to gain access and to make purchases.

I’m creating an account on behalf of the company I’m working for, whose details do I provide?
You can provide the contact details of anyone in procurement. If the person no longer works for the company, please notify us and we will change the details.

I created an account on Bossonline but my application was rejected, what do I do?
Bossonline is created exclusively for tradies only. If your account application was rejected, chances are you did not meet the requirements. Please give us a call directly and we will take it from there.

 

Rewards

How do I get reward points and what do I do with them?
You get 1 point for every dollar spent on Bossonline. Reward points can be exchanged for gift cards, store credits and other goodies, check out the rewards page to see what you can do with your reward points.

Are reward points transferrable?
Reward points are recorded for each individual account. Points are not transferrable to another account.

 

Product & Pricing

Do all your products comply with Australian Standards?
All products listed on the website have been tested and are compliant with relevant Australian Standards. 

Can we visit your showroom/warehouse?
All visitors are welcome to view our products, but only account holders will be able to make purchases from us. Speak to us if you are interest to become one of our resellers.

What if a product stopped working?
Please view our Warranty & Returns information here.

I have a cheaper quote, are you able to match the price of a competitor?
If the product and specifications are identical, in most cases we can beat the price. Contact your Account Manager to discuss this.

 

Orders

How do I know if my orders are received and processed? 
Once an order is placed, we will process the order and organise the delivery/pick-up. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided at check out. View your order status under Orders.

If I placed an order outside of regular business hours, will my order be processed? 
Payment will be processed right away if it is by credit card upon check out, but orders will only be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Do you deliver our orders?
All orders placed on Bossonline must be picked up from our warehouse in Canning Vale. Orders can be delivered to your store or to the job site with an additional delivery fee. Select your preferred delivery option during check out.

Where are the products delivered from?
Most of the stock are kept in our warehouse in Canning Vale WA. In rare occasions when our stock runs low, we may have to deliver the items from the location of our resellers. Orders will not be dispatched from overseas.

Where do I find the delivery ETA? 
All delivery orders will have a tracking code attached to it. You can find this information under your Orders.

My order did not arrive according to the original ETA given. 
We may use third party courier partners for the delivery of orders, once the items have left our premise the delivery is no longer under our control. Please contact us if you have not received your order 2 days past the original ETA.
